Brent L. Metcalf
Brent is a life-long resident of Minnesota, originally from Arlington and is a graduate from the University of Minnesota-Carlton School of Management. He joined Tusler-Summit Lodge in Roseville in 1998 as a member of Minnesota’s first One-Day-to-Masonry class and was the Master of Tusler-Summit in 2004.
While Brent is a member of the York Rite bodies and Osman Shrine, he has been the most active in Scottish Rite Masonry. Since 2011 Brent has been the Personal Representative of the Sovereign Grand Inspector General for the Valley of St. Paul. He was made a 33rd degree Scottish Rite Mason in 2009. He also serves as the President of the Scottish Rite Foundation of St. Paul and is a member of the board of directors of RiteCare Minneapolis/St. Paul.
Brent spent over 16 years working as a Certified Public Accountant, working primarily with electric cooperatives and non-profit entities. He left to work at Pierce Pepin Cooperative Services in 2000 as their Chief Financial Officer. He brings accounting, budgeting and financial expertise to his role as Grand Treasurer, which he has held since 2007. Brent was the 13th recipient of the Masonic Light Award.
Brent is also a certified SCUBA instructor and has a 1st degree black belt in Teakwondo.
